Baku Mayor's Office upholds list of places available for holding rallies

"The places allocated to hold mass rallies remain in force," said Ramazanov.

The available places are stadium at Sahil avenue of Garadagh district, stadium in front of Trust "Azneftgeofizika" in Sabunchi district, the stadium named after Tofiq Ismayilov in Surakhani district and a stadium in Yasamal district, as well as Turkan settlement of Azizbeyov region, the area opposite the cinema "Tabriz" in Nizami district and opposite the Ulduz metro station in Narimanov district.

The opposition parties want to hold mass rally in the center of Baku. A new list of places available for holding rallies has been prepared, Head of OSCE Baku Office Ali Bilge Cankorel briefed the media on June 11.
