Military of Azerbaijan and Turkey to hold joint conference and trainings

According to Azerbaijan and Turkey's bilateral cooperation plan, a joint conference and trainings will be held in June, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reported. According to the plan, the militaries of the two countries are expected to attend the Land Forces of NATO member and partner countries in the Croatian city of Zagreb June 15-17.

Exchange of experience in the sphere of protection against weapons of mass destruction (WMD) and discussion of means of combating this threat by new military facilities will be held on June 15-20. June 14-18, it is planned to hold exercises to prepare ships for battle in the Surface Exercises Center "Yildizlar" (Stars).
