Azerbaijani Parliament holds hearings on Constitutional Law "On normative legal acts"

According to the Chairman of the committee on legal policy and state building Ali Huseynov, the constitutional law will regulate the preparation of legal acts, their formalization, adoption, publication and entry into force, the comments on them and their systematization.

The Venice Commission of the Council of Europe positively assessed the law, the legal framework of the developed countries and international experience were carefully studied during  the preparation of documents, Huseynov said. Azerbaijani parliament's Legislation Department head Latif Huseynov commented on regulations of the law.
