Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev receives U.S. Secretary of Defense

The Secretary of Defense handed over U.S. President Barack Obama's letter to the Azerbaijani leader. He said U.S. President Barack Obama remembers with satisfaction that Azerbaijan was the first country he visited as a senator.

The Head of State asked the Secretary of Defense to convey his thanks to the U.S. president for the letter. The sides exchanged views on military cooperation between Azerbaijan and the United States.
