Venice Commission to consider draft law on Azerbaijani normative legal acts

The Venice Commission will consider the draft law on normative legal acts of Azerbaijan June 4.
The assessment by the Venice Commission of the draft law on normative legal acts of Azerbaijan was requested on 11 November 2009 by Shahin Aliyev, Director of the Department of Legislation at the Presidential Administration.

The Venice Commission is expected to endorse without discussion the draft opinion by Mr Bartole (Substitute member for Italy) and Mr Mader (Expert, Switzerland) on the draft law.
