Azerbaijan, UK discuss opportunities to deepen bilateral relations

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Vagif Sadigov discussed ways to deepen the UK-Azerbaijan relations in the British parliament and the foreign ministry, the Azerbaijani Embassy in United Kingdom reported.

During the visit, Sadikhov visited the Islamic Studies Centre in Oxford and discussed the establishment of relations with the relevant research organizations in Azerbaijan.

Sadikhov also made a report on "Azerbaijan's foreign policy and its role in the region," which provided information about the peace talks to settle the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and  Azerbaijan's energy policy, and its role in the international energy market.
