Azerbaijan President expresses condolences to Queen of the Netherlands

President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands in connection with the passenger plane crash at the airport in Tripoli.

"The news of a human loss as a result of a plane crash at Tripoli airport has been a source of great sorrow to me. I offer sincere condolences to you and families and relatives of the dead," the letter says.
