Date of meeting between Azerbaijani FM and OSCE MG announced

The OSCE Minsk Group meeting with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is scheduled for  June, said in the statement of the OSCE Minsk Group.

The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs - Ambassador Bernard  Fassier of France, Ambassador Robert Bradtke of the United States, Ambassador Igor Popov of the Russian Federation- met Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian May 12 in Brussels. Then meeting discussed the current stage of negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and convergence of positions on the updated Madrid principles.

The proposals of the Minsk Group, officially submitted to the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia at the OSCE Madrid summit in November 2007, are the foundation of today's negotiations.
