Fourth volume of book "Ilham Aliyev. Development – Our Aim" published

“Construction of oil and gas pipelines, development of resources in the Azerbaijani sector of the sea are one of the biggest energy projects being implemented in the world. These projects are being successfully realized."

These remarks made by President Ilham Aliyev on April 28 in Warsaw at the European Economic Summit were included into the book. Head of the Presidential Administration, academician Ramiz Mehdiyev was responsible for issuing the publication.

The book begins with the report on President Ilham Aliyev's meeting with Vice-President of the International Olympic Committee Vitaly Smirnov and Secretary General of the Russian Olympic Committee Leonid Miroshnichenko.

The book also includes materials concerning Azerbaijan's development, economic progress, reforms to improve people's welfare, state programs on socio-economic development of regions.

These materials span period between April and June 2004.

The book narrates on President Ilham Aliyev's meetings held with prominent state figures during his official visits to Poland and Belgium, speeches, remarks at the spring session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and negotiations reflecting Azerbaijan`s national interests.

The new volume of the book features documents signed between Azerbaijan and Ukraine, Azerbaijan and Georgia to develop cooperation even more, President Ilham Aliyev's letters to eminent heads of state and government, international organizations, prominent persons, political figures, and the President's conversations with delegations.

The edition also includes speeches of the Head of State, his interviews to the world's leading media outlets and statements. News materials of the Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency were used in preparation of the book.
