NATO's coordinator for Azerbaijan Nikolae Ureke has voiced the organization's backing for the country's territorial integrity.

Ureke, who is also Romania's ambassador in Baku, spoke to a conference marking the 16th anniversary of the Azerbaijan-NATO relations and the 61st jubilee of the organization.
“NATO is concerned about existing problems in Caucasus and Moldova. We support peaceful settlement of these conflicts.”
"NATO wants the conflicts to be settled based on international law, which means territorial integrity. That is why at NATO's last summit all member states decided to support territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova," Ureke said.
