In order to secretly remove Samir Mehdiyev from the territory of Azerbaijan, he got into touch with Rashid Mustafayev, who was appointed "naib", i.e. assistant of Azer Misirkhanov. Arriving in Georgia, Rashid Mustafayev received instructions from Azer Misirkhanov about the secret removal of Samir Mehdiyev from Azerbaijan. During this period, members of the armed gang hid Samir Mehdiyev in Sumgait.

Samir Mehdiyev kept with himself a "Makarov" pistol and two complete cartridges for it, as well as a hand grenade "RQD", a sub-machine gun "AKSU-74" and two cartridges of bullets for it, and gave to members of armed gang Faig Jafarov, who is under judicial review. According to the preliminary agreement, Faik Jafarov on the outskirts of Tovuz handed Samir Mehdiyeva to the citizen of Georgia Ibadat Alazovi, who is currently under judicial review. Ibadat Alazovi succeeded to illegally shift Samir Mehdiyev to Georgia.

In Georgia, Samir Mehdiyev met Azer Misirkhanov and Elnur Jafarov nicknamed "Suba," who is being searched, and placed him at the house of Tanriverdiyev Rasim, who was a member of the gang, in Garachop village and kept him here for about five months. Later, Azer Misirkhanov helped Samir Mehdiyev find a person who organized their illegal delivery to Turkey from Georgia's city of Batumi. With the help of a man nicknamed "Abuzar", who heads one of the terrorist groups in Pakistan, and Vugar Abdullayev, nicknamed "Shakili Abdullah" who is under judicial review, Samir Mehdiyev lived in some addresses.
