CoE Congress to debate municipal election in Azerbaijan

The 18th session of the Council of Europe Congress of Local and Regional Authorities will examine the report on observation of municipal elections in Azerbaijan prepared by French MP Francis Lec.

The report posted on the COE`s website concluded that “the elections were, in general, technically well prepared and took place in a calm atmosphere”.
