Azerbaijani President offers condolence to Georgian counterpart over mine explosion

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a letter of condolence to Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili.
"I was deeply saddened upon hearing the news on the loss of human lives caused by the mine explosion in Tkibuli," the letter says.

"On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on behalf of myself, I extend my condolence to you, families and friends of the killed," the President said in a letter.
