Azerbaijani delegation attends Moldova Constitutional Court anniversary conference

The delegation of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan Republic led by its chairman Farhad Abdullayev was in Chisinau on February 23-27 to attend an international conference to mark the 15th anniversary of the Constitutional Court of Moldova.

The participants including judges and chairmen of constitutional courts from a number of countries protection of freedoms and rights of citizens by courts, cooperation of courts and other legal issues.

Acting President of Moldova Mihai Ghimpu received foreign delegations including Azerbaijani one. Ghimpu praised Moldova-Azerbaijan existing ties including legal and judicial cooperation.

The delegation also met with chairmen of constitutional courts from a number of countries.
