OSCE PA special representative on Nagorno-Karabakh to trip to Azerbaijan

OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s Special Representative on Georgia and Nagorno-Karabakh Goran Lennmarker will visit the region early in March.
Lennmarker said that he will be in Azerbaijan on March 6-7.

He plans to meet with Azerbaijani officials, including President, Speaker of the Parliament and Foreign Minister.

Goran Lennmarker’s visit to the region had been planned for January, due to the presidential elections in Ukraine was postponed by the end of OSCE Parliamentary Assembly winter session.

The winter session of OSCE PA will be held in Vienna on Feb. 18-19.

Goran Lennmarker noted that he plans to meet with the members of the Azerbaijani delegation to OSCE PA during the session.

He will discuss with the Azerbaijani the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict parliamentarians.
