OSCE fails to hold monitoring of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops contact line

OSCE failed to hold monitoring on the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces due to technical problems, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said.
Monitoring was expected to be on the contact line between Armenian and Azerbaijani armed forces near the Chamanli village in Azerbaijan's Agdam region Jan.22.

The monitoring was to be held under a mandate of the OSCE chairman special envoy, the ministry reported.
