I want to be ambassador to Azerbaijan: Matthew Bryza

Bryza said he was waiting for the U.S. administration decision.

“Personally I would like to work in Azerbaijan, one of the U.S. partner countries,” Bryza said.

Bryza said there is nothing extraordinary about his delayed appointment.

“I you have a close look at procedures for appointment of U.S. ambassadors, you will notice that it takes long time.”

Currently, Bryza is working in the Department of State.

“I completed my work in the OSCE Minsk Group and hope to get next appointment soon,” Bryza added.
