Azerbaijani defense minister meets with Turkish Land Force commander

Turkey’s Land Force Commander, Army General Isik Kosaner, who arrived in Azerbaijan on Nov. 2, met with Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel-General Safar Abiyev.
Meeting in presence of delegations was held following the solemn welcoming ceremony in the Defense Ministry.

The sides discussed strengthening of Turkey-Azerbaijan friendship.

They exchanged views on the new prospects of the military-technical cooperation, current situation in the South Caucasus and ways of solution to Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict.

Turkish Hulusi Kilic also attended the meeting.
