02 November 2009 [11:41] - TODAY.AZ
The summit of the European Union members countries’ leaders held on Oct. 29-30 not only resolved issues of ratification of the Lisbon agreement (EU ersatz-constitution) at the expense of refusal from inviolability of the private ownership right in respect to the Czech Republic ad Slovakia in connection with the decrees of Benesh on deportation of Sudet Germans and Hungarians in 1946 but made a principal decision to organize joint deportation of peoples. Benesh’s decrees become the main standard of the EU.

The European media report that the EU leaders achieved principal arrangement on extradition of illegal immigrants to their Motherland in a way of organization of joint charter flights. They commissioned Frontex, the European agency for control of foreign borders, to study a possibility of organization of regular charter flights for illegal at the expense of Agency’s budget.

Some EU states have been already applying joint dispatch of illegal immigrants by charter flights, one of the European TV channels reported. In particular, France and the UK extradited about 30 Afghans in mid-October of the year.

At the same time group extradition of illegal immigrants are prohibited by a range of international human rights protecting documents, but the spirit of the Benesh decrees apparently is lingering above Europe again overpowering over traditional values.

Earlier the EU also obtruded re-admission agreements to its partners. Azerbaijan is still resisting this pressure.
