Webcams, exit-poll to be used in Azerbaijani municipal elections

Azerbaijan will hold the municipal elections on Dec. 23. The elections will cover 1,718 municipalities.

All favorable conditions will be created for all monitors from both local and from international organizations during the elections, said Panahov.

According to CEC official Natig Mammadov, the municipal elections will be held also with the exit-poll.

The election campaign begins 28 days before the election day - on Nov. 25.
