Korea appoints new ambassador to Azerbaijan

The incumbent ambassador of Korea in Baku Yu Kwang said newly-appointed ambassador Lee Ji Kha will take the office in November.

He said Lee Ji Kha was in the diplomatic service for more than 30 years.

Before his appointment to Azerbaijan he led the Korean embassy in Cote d’Ivoire.

Ambassador Yu Kwang Cho will leave Azerbaijan in the second half of November and the new ambassador will arrive a week later after he leaves.
