OSCE secretary general urges Azerbaijan, Armenia to reach compromise on Karabakh conflict resolution

“There is intensification in peace process,” Brishambaut said at a news conference in Baku.

He said he witnessed Azerbaijani president’s interest in continuing talks at a meeting with him.

“The statements made by Minsk Group co-chairs in L’Acquila should be ways for both sides and they must step towards rapproachement based on these principles. The principles can not fully suit the sides, but they should make all efforts to achieve peace,” he said and stressed importance of compromise by both sides.
