Azerbaijani MP leaves for Albania as part of PACE pre-election mission

"The members of the observation mission, which includes Azerbaijani MP Ganira Pashayeva, will meet with the Chairman of the Parliament of Albania, the Foreign Minister and Interior Minister of the Republic," the press service of the Azerbaijani Parliament told Trend News.

The mission of PACE plans to meet with the representatives of the Central Election Commission, the leaders of the parliamentary parties and the head of the local office of the Council of Europe, as well as get acquainted with the preparation for the upcoming June 28 prliamentary elections, said the press service.

The mission is expected to meet with the election observers from local NGOs, media representatives, the OSCE and the European Commission in Albania and with the head of the National Broadcasting Council.
