Austria to open embassy in Azerbaijan

Austria will open its embassy in Azerbaijan, said Austrian ambassador to Russia Martin Vukovic, APA reports.
 He said his country didn’t address the issue of opening the embassies abroad, but was closing the embassies in some countries. “We are looking forward to open the new embassy in Azerbaijan only in near future because Austria has great interests in the energy field of Azerbaijan”.

Spokesperson of Azerbaijan Ministry of Foreign Affairs Elkhan Polukhov said Austria expected to open its embassy in Azerbaijan this year.
