President of Azerbaijan attends 9 May victory day ceremony

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today attended a solemn ceremony here to mark the 64th anniversary of the victory over fascism in the World War II.

The Head of State laid a wreath at the Monument to twice hero of the Soviet Union Hazi Aslanov.
