Chessplayer Boris Spasski: "Karabakh is an Azerbaijani land and Armenians carried me there by trick"

Armenians invited me to the Yerevan academy and then took me to Karabakh and I did not know where they take me to, said former world champion on chess Boris Spasski, explaining the reason of his visit to the occupied Azerbaijani lands.

"I would have never gone there. I think that my step has been perceived ambiguously in Azerbaijan. But I want to say that Karabakh is an Azerbaijani land and they carried me there by trick", said he.
