Dashnaktsutun: "If Azerbaijan continues threatening to use force, Armenia will be obliged to recognize independence of "NKR"

"Armenia must be more active in the Karabakh conflict resolution", considers Kiro Manoyan, head of the Central Office Ay Data on political issues of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutun.

"We should present our position on the Karabakh conflict to the world community and set a provision that if Azerbaijan continues threatening to use force, Armenia will be obliged to recognize independence of "NKR", said Manoyan.

He noted that after the Georgian-South-Ossetian war most processes in the region are accelerated by themselves but others need additional stimulation. Moreover, he stressed the need for Nagorno Karabakh to become an equal party in the negotiation process.

On the whole, Manoyan considers that "NKR" recognition must result from the logics of the negotiation process.
