Parties, participating in presidential elections of Azerbaijan, may create a bloc

He said a preliminary agreement on initiation of talks was received from chairman of the Great Creation party Fazil Qazanfaroghlu, as well as from Aydinlar party leader Gulamhuseyn Alibeyli.

"Both chairmen consider it important to initiate talks, yet no definite results have been attained so far.

The official talks are planned to start in November. If we agree on creation of a bloc, we will define prospects for continuation of the cooperation", noted he.
