The Central Electoral Commission confirmed results of presidential elections at a session on Sunday and decided to submit them for ratification to the Constitutional court of the country, according to Interfax-Azerbaijan.
"By the final data, received after processing of protocols at 5,351 polling stations, the results are as follows:
Ilham Aliyev gained 88.73% of votes,
Igbal Aghazade - 2.86%
Fazil Qazanfaroghlu - 2.47%
Gudrat Hasanquliyev - 2.28%
Gulamhuseyn Alibeyli - 2.23%
Fuad Aliyev - 0.78%
Hafiz Hajiyev - 0.65%
CEC chairman Mazahir Panakhov noted that results of votings were annulled due to some violations at 8 stations.
He said CEC will submit the final results of voting for ratification of the Constitutional Court to confirm them within four days.
After it, inauguration will be held within three days.
