President of Azerbaijan awarded by CIS Council of Frontier Troops commanders

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has been awarded by the Council of Frontier Troops Commanders of the CIS member-states, said chairman of the executive service of the council Alexander Manilov at a press conference in Baku, according to Novosti-Azerbaijan.

He said President of Azerbaijan is awarded with orders "For excellence in protection of borders of the CIS states", "For strengthening of frontier cooperation".

It was also decided to award chief of the State Frontier Service of Azerbaijan Elchin Guliyev for excellence in defense of borders of the CIS states.

It should be noted that the press conference by results of the 60th session of the Council of CIS Frontier Troops commanders, was attended by Elchin Quliyev.
