"Azerbaijan’s position remains unchanged. We recognize Georgia’s territorial integrity," spokesman for Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibrahim told APA, commenting on official recognition of independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia by Russia.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has today issued a decree on recognition of independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.
