"There can not be any dialogue between Azerbaijani powers and opposition in current conditions", said MP Panah Huseyn, commenting on a possible dialogue between powers and opposition.
He said any dialogue should have a subject.
"The powers are holding such a policy, which makes organization of any dialogue difficult. If there are any conditions, opposition may initiate the dualogue. Yet, at present I do not see any prospects for holding a dialogue, considering the current political situation.
I think democratic transformations are necessary for the powers and opposition to start any talks, which may further grow into a dialogue", said Huseyn.
