Rasul Quliyev: "Provocation is prepared against me" - UPDATED

According to Day.Az, R.Quliyev said a provocation is prepared against him.

"I have seen the e-version of the book, which was published in my name. Yet, this information of false and I bear no relationship to it. There have not been any presentation and I think the announcement was spread in my name by someone's recommendations.

I will learn who wants to speak on my behalf", said Quliyev.

A book by former speaker of Azerbaijani parliament Rasul Quliyev (under a pen name Rudolph Caesar) "Contemporary Ali Baba and forty CIS agents" was presented in New York.

According to Day.Az, the book was published by Liberty Publishing House.

During the presentation, Quliyev thanked Elman Salayev, Elchin Baghirov, Ilya Levkov, who helped him in publishing the book.

It should be noted that in this political detective story Rasul Quliyev covered the events of 1993-1996. Rasul Quliyev also analyzed the upcoming events in Azerbaijan.
