Political scientist Sergey Shakariants: "Azerbaijan will not risk to initiate full scale hostilities"

"Azerbaijan will not risk to initiate full scale hostilities in Nagorno Karabakh and can just risk a blitzkrieg, only being sure that it would not face serious resistance", said political scientist Sergey Shakaryants.

According to the political scientists, if the countries, supporting military programs of Azerbaijan, that is the United States, Turkey and Israel, do not provide any guarantees to Azerbaijan, it will not risk to start war and will not go beyond the operations, as one, held on March 4 of 2008.
