Sabail district court not granting appeal of Musavat party against Baku mayor's office

He said the court did not grant the claim saying that the party does not have any grounds to file a claim to the court.

"In 10 days we will take our documents back and appeal to the Appelate Court. The party plans to get through all court instances", noted Hajili.

It should be noted that Musavat party intends to file a claim against the Baku mayor's office, as it prohibits conduction of rallies by the party.
