Azerbaijani Prosecutor General: "It is necessary to raise issue of recognition of Azerbaijanis' genocide not only in the United Nations, but also in other international organizations"

The due announcement was made by prosecutor general Zakir Garalov.

He noted that Armenians still continue the policy of ethnic cleansing against the Azerbaijani people. The prosecutor general voiced regret that March events of 1918 were not assessed and international organizations did not discuss this fact.

He said this is the next proof of double standards applied towards Azerbaijan.

Garalov noted that it is necessary to raise the issue of recognition of Azerbaijanis genocide not only in the United Nations but also in other international structures.

"Not only the government, but also all public organizations, and each citizen must express their positions on this issue".
