The temporary self-government body of Kosovo has declared its independenceю
The due announcement was made by spokesman for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Khazar Ibragim at a briefing in the Ministry, Day.Az reports.
"This declaration contradicts to the international norms of law and is illegal", he announced.
