Human rights activists to appeal to Azerbaijani President concerning expected pardon decree

Human rights activists will appeal to President Ilham Aliyev concerning the expected pardon decree, as reported by Saida Gojamanli, head of the Bureau for Protection of Human Rights and Legislation.

She said the human rights activists, who are members of the Working Group on Human Rights, will sign the appeal. They will ask to pardon ill-health prisoners and imprisoned reporters.
