At the same time, he noted that Russia remains the key factor in the said region.

"It is impossible for USA to oppose Russia. We consider that in an open region there is a space for all countries to develop relations with Central Asia and South Caucasus.

We, three, including USA, Azerbaijan and Turkey, can establish strategic partnership which would be favorable for all of us and the whole region", D.Fried said.
