PACE Monitoring Committee could hold hearings on "frozen conflicts"

Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) Monitoring Committee is to hold meeting in Skopje, the capital of Macedonia.

Samad Seyidov, chairman of the Standing Commission of Milli Mejlis on Foreign Affairs and Inter-Parliamentary Relations will also attend the meeting.

Seyidov, who is already in Skopje told APA the question of introducing hearings on "frozen conflicts" to the agenda of Berlin meeting is to be raised in Skopje by Azerbaijan Delegation. GUAM member-states (Georgia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, and Moldova) have prepared joint document on this.

The Skopje meeting is to debate results of monitoring carried out in Bulgaria, Moldova's execution of obligations and other issues.
