Azerbaijani and Korean delegations meet in Seoul

President Ilham Aliyev continues his state visit to South Korea.

The presidents of the two countries had a meeting at the level of delegation in presidential office Cheong Wa Dae.

Korean president Ro Moo-hyun welcomed the Azerbaijani delegation and reminded his official visit to Azerbaijan last year when joint declaration and several documents were signed, APA reports.

He said that President Ilham Aliyev's visit will create opportunities for expansion of practical bilateral cooperation. President Ilham Aliyev expressed his gratitude for hostility.

The head of state noted that this visit serves the continuation of real dialogue started after Ro Moo-hyun's visit to Azerbaijan.

The presidents underlined that the work on large projects in the spheres of communication, transport, energy, town-planning, agriculture, as well as culture, education and other spheres continues and noted that cooperation for developing non-oil sectors is of great importance.

The two presidents noted that South Korea businessmen intend to deepen the relations with Azerbaijan, which became leader state in the region and invest funds in the country's economy.

The sides exchanged views on Azerbaijan-South Korea bilateral relations, economic growth, interest of the companies of the world as well as of South Korea in Azerbaijan and other issues.
