Ruslan Bashirli taken to punishment cell

Ruslan Bashirli, leader of Yeni Fikir youth movement kept in detention place #1 was taken to punishment cell, Elchin Behbudov, chief of Azerbaijani Committee against Torture told.

Behbudov met with the chief of detention place Ramiz Guliyev. The chief said Ruslan Beshirli was punished for breaking disciplinary rules, APA reports.

Chief warders found a mobile phone on him. He was talking to Ali Kerimli, chief of Azerbaijan Popular Front Party over the phone. The leader of the movement has been in the punishment cell for ten days.
