Turkish Ambassador refutes reports about Kurds' deportation to Azerbaijan

"The reports about Kurds' deportation from Turkey to Azerbaijan are false," Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Huseyn Avni Karsioglu told journalists.

The Ambassador said that the newspapers claiming that 6-10,000 Kurds will be deported to Azerbaijan are ridiculous, APA reports.

"Deporting 10,000 people from one place to another is a great event. It means a great crowd. Everyone will see it, if it happens. It is impossible. If citizens pass the borders legally, they have registrations and it is possible to get exact figures about it," he said.
