OSCE representatives monitor front line

The monitoring was held in Azerbaijani Tartar region's Gapanli village under the mandate of personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-office.

APA's Karabakh bureau reports the monitoring passed without incident. OSCE representatives on the both sides monitored the opposite side for 10 minutes and contacted by transmitter.
