ANIP removed from its headquarters

The pro-opposition Azerbaijani National Independence Party (ANIP) has been removed from its rented headquarters, the party chairman Ayaz Rustamov told.

He said that the owner of the building situated near "Baku Soveti" metro station refused to protract the contract which was signed for a year and demanded to leave the headquarters.

Rustamov noted that the belongings of the party have been removed from the building, and ANIP had to move to Nasimi branch of the party, APA reports.

According to him, the party will operate in this building for some time, at the same time, necessary measures will be taken for party to be provided with an office. The party leader did not rule out holding actions outside state institutions demanding office for the party.
