Robin Seaword says MP Huseyn Abdullayev's visit to OSCE Office not related to parliament incident

Mr. Seaword said the OSCE Office attentively follow the arrest of the deputy and the ongoing process.

It was reportedly said Huseyn Abdullayev was arrested while visiting the OSCE Office a day after the incident with another MP Fazail Agamali.
