President approves composition of Azerbaijan-Turkey joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation

President Ilham Aliyev signed an executive order on approving the new composition of Azerbaijan-Turkey joint intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation.

Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov has been appointed the co-chair and the chief of Foreign Economic Relations Department of the Cabinet Agadayi Agayev the secretary responsible of the commission, APA reports.

The commission includes Defense Industry Minister Yaver Jamalov, Industry and Energy Minister Natig Aliyev, Transport Minister Ziya Mammadov, Agriculture Minister Ismet Abbasov, Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfas Garayev, Education Minister Misir Mardanov, Communication and Information Technologies Minister Ali Abbasov, Youth and Sport Minister Azad Rahimov, Prime Minister of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Alovsat Bakhshiyev, the Chairman of the Management Board of the National Bank Elman Rustemov, First Deputy Finance Minister Ilgar Fetizadeh, Deputy Economic Development Minister Niyazi safarov, Depity Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov, Deputy Taxes Minister Natig Gasimov, chief of the Sate Customs Committee Aydin Aliyev, chief of the State Committee on Work with Azerbaijanis Living Abroad Nazim Ibrahimov, Azerbaijani Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary ambassador to Turkey Zakir Hashimov and President of the Chamber of Commerce Suleyman Tatliyev.

Foreign Ministry is to send information on the new composition of the commission to Turkey.
