CE Commissioner to concern himself with IDPs in Azerbaijan

Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Thomas Hammerberg will concern himself with the living conditions of internally displaced persons within his visit to Azerbaijan.

"The living conditions of IDPs in Azerbaijan have improved recently. This is the result of the government's care," the Commissioner told the APA's Georgia bureau.
