Terry Davis: "My role is to support territorial integrity of CoE member states"

Terry Davis answered the questions of parliamentarians after the speech.
Azerbaijani delegation member Ganira Pashayeva asked a question on violation of territorial integrity of member states and possible pressures on the countries hindering the restoration of territorial integrity of these states.

Davis answered that he has taken initiatives several times related to the pressures on the countries hindering the restoration of territorial integrity of member states.

"I always point out that my role in this issue is to support territorial integrity of CE member states. A number of ambassadors do not accept these objective opinions of mine, but I have always been a supporter of territorial integrity of the countries. My attitude to Azerbaijan and Georgia is the same as to Russia. I'll support territorial integrity of the countries until the UNO changes the borders of any country. I am always ready to discuss issues like this," he answered, APA's bureau reports.
