Bahar Muradova meets Goran Lenmarker

Vice-Speaker of Azerbaijan Bahar Muradova said 'citizens of Azerbaijan hope for intensification of OSCE efforts in settlement of the conflict and Mr. Lenmarker will be objective in his report on topic'.

Ms. Muradova appraised steps by the Council of Europe, European Union and NATO PA connected to settlement of conflict, and expressed hope for success to this end.

Azerbaijani Vice-Speaker informed on the ongoing democratic reforms, on Azerbaijan's position in combat against international terrorism and settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

Azerbaijan's dynamic development can play important role in many questions, including in settlement of regional conflicts, Mr. Lenmarker noted. He promised to be unbiased and objective in report on the conflict he is going to prepare.

During the meeting issues of mutual interests were also discussed.
